A lack of dedication or motivation can also hinder the process. If you’re doing this workout and fitness journey on your own, Huawei’s smart fitness watch will keep you on the right track.

Huawei introduced the Watch Fit to the South African audience back in September 2020. It has more than 90 workout modes. That includes 11 professional modes and 85 general workout modes.

The Watch Fit is specifically designed to give consumers all the motivation and information they need to excel in their fitness endeavours, and the battery will last a whopping ten days.

After that, the device is able to provide a progress chart to encourage user’s to keep active, and keep moving”.

Worried about injuring yourself? Huawei has that covered too. The Watch Fit is equipped with more than 40 different posture demonstrations.

This gives you a visual illustration of the exact form you should be following to avoid any injury or over-exertion. At the end of your workout, the Watch Fit generates valuable data.

This includes but is not limited to speed per kilometre and heart rate distribution to help improve future workouts and performance.

Intelligent sleep monitoring

We all know that sleep is important for our wellbeing, especially when our workout sessions include running or lifting weights. Your body and muscles need time to recover.
