Here are the confirmed Xbox Series X launch titles

The list accompanies thousands of backward compatible titles and feature games that will also be available via Smart Delivery. This option allows you to get the best version of a game regardless of the Xbox console. It also highlights the games that are available on Xbox Game Pass.

Xbox Series X launch titles: The List

The list included titles such as Assassin’s Creed Valhalla (Smart Delivery), Borderlands 3 (Smart Delivery), NBA 2K21, and Yakuza: Like a Dragon (Smart Delivery) to name a few.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Yakuza: Like A Dragon are the most high profile titles on the list followed closely by PC exclusive Gears Tactics and some indie titles.

Halo Infinite has been delayed so there are no new first-party Microsoft games in the line-up and although the list is impressive, some games which were previously promised to being launch titles are absent from the list.

Destiny 2: Beyond Light, which launches the same day as the Xbox Series X and FIFA 21, and Marvel’s Avengers are already listed on the Microsoft website as being optimized and ready.

A number of key games will also be coming out within a week of the next-gen launch like Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War (13 Nov), Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate (18 Nov), Cyberpunk 2077 (19 Nov), and Just Dance 2021 (24 Nov).

Launch titles release dates

Their release dates are so close to launch that they should have been considered as launch titles.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription will give you access to xCloud, allowing you to play Xbox games on your smart device via the cloud. Only Android mobile devices support this function right now.

It’s a wonderful time in gaming culture as the launch dates for the next-gen consoles draw ever closer.
