Exciting Updates on Ubongo’s Beloved Children’s Series ‘Akili and Me’
Dar es Salaam – Ubongo (www.Ubongo.org), Africa’s leading edutainment organization, is thrilled to announce the launch of Season 5 of its early childhood development program, Akili and Me. This season features a vibrant new look and a renewed focus on helping young children understand their emotions, build resilience, and develop empathy.
Brimming with music, storytelling, and interactive segments, this new season enhances early learning with a strong emphasis on Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), empowering children to recognize and express their emotions in positive ways.

The new season also introduces a revamped cast of characters, enhanced by modern animation techniques that portray Akili and her friends with greater vibrancy and expression, creating an immersive and engaging viewing experience for young learners and their caregivers.
Ubongo has expanded its learning ecosystem with the launch of Akili and Me Games on the Ubongo Playroom app – an interactive component designed to increase engagement through play.
This app features a carefully curated collection of educational videos, audio stories, eBooks, and games, providing children with a dynamic and cohesive learning experience.
